Francine Del Vescovo, Esq. has spent thirty years representing clients in the area of Family Law, including divorce, custody of children, alimony, child support, division of marital assets (equitable distribution), pre-nuptial agreements and domestic violence. Ms. Del Vescovo recognizes that each individual who comes into her office has his or her own particular set of issues, needs and goals when it comes to the resolution of their case.
Ms. Del Vescovo strives, with every client, to craft a resolution that not only focuses on their needs, but also strives to reduce, as much as possible, the stress and anxiety that can accompany Family Law proceedings. Ms. Del Vescovo is straightforward with her clients, so that they can plan for their futures in a practical and realistic way.
Ms. Del Vescovo was a member of the Barry Croland Inns of Court and she is a regular panelist on the Bergen County Early Settlement Panel, where experienced Family Law attorneys help litigants and their attorneys resolve their cases.
Although Ms. Del Vescovo’s practice focuses on northern New Jersey, she has practiced in almost every county in the state of New Jersey.
Ms. Del Vescovo is a graduate of Georgetown University and Cardozo School of Law. Ms. Del Vescovo enjoys traveling and is an avid gardener.
